Lamb spit braai (meat in basting sauce); full catering lamb spit with 2 salads and vegetables; full catering leg of lamb, chicken and beef with 2 salads and vegetables; extra side dishes and dessert; spit braai machine hire (manual charcoal, motorised charcoal, motorised gas; max 22kg meat). Chef and full catering service can be arranged. Suits weddings, birthdays, housewarmings, bachelors, year-end functions.

Pricing

Lamb spit (meat only) R140 pp; full catering lamb spit + 2 salads & veg R160 pp; leg of lamb, chicken & beef + 2 salads & veg R300 pp (all min. 25 adults). Spit hire: manual charcoal R500/day, motorised charcoal R600/day, motorised gas R700/day.
